Return policy
Effective Date: April 10, 2026
1. Eligible Return Window
Customers can initiate return application within 30 calendar days counted from the day customers receive ordered apparel items, all return requests beyond this time frame will not be approved for regular return or refund service.
2. Qualified Return Requirements
Returned items must remain unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original attached tags intact and complete original packaging. Products damaged by improper personal use, stains or self-modification are ineligible for return and full refund. Final sale marked clearance items cannot be returned unless the product has confirmed factory quality defect.
3. Return Shipping Cost Rule
For returns caused by our side’s wrong item delivery, defective product quality or obvious description mismatch, our company shall bear full return shipping cost. For voluntary customer-initiated returns for personal preference reasons, customers need to afford all outbound and return logistics expenses.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
After our warehouse receives and passes inspection of returned qualified merchandise, the corresponding payment refund will be issued to the original customer payment account within 5-10 business days, actual arrival time depends on the processing cycle of your card issuing bank and payment institution such as Stripe.
5. Partial Order Return
Customers can choose partial item return from a multi-item order, we only refund the corresponding price of returned qualified goods based on original order unit price.
